Comment

The CMB that just took off signaled a sort of coming out of the CMB-flights to Djibouti and now they're really coming out : a 747 follows that triple-7 transporting troops/personnel to and from Djibouti. With the various transports in and out like the C-5M Galaxy also today this also signals something else : a massive increase in the ongoing build-up of military activity in little Djibouti.
