Another load taking off from Malpensa.What's in Malpensa for all these flights to go there you may well ask. It's the AugustWestland/Leonardo final assembly and production facility with it's own airport (see resource 5) located practically at the end the Malpensa's main airport. I doubt an A124 can land there, I'm not even sure the C17s from the Emirates, for example, can. The runway at Vergiate (LILG)) is 800m long which is at the very edge for a C17 with a reasonable load and outside the A124's envelope.
