There can be little doubt that this is a French Rafale. It's got an FAF callsign and is flying from Mont-de-Marsan Air Base which is home to two squadrons of Dassault Rafale.It could be on its way to the Dubai airshow or it could be here to send a message to the pasha in Turkey.
